By booking a consultation through this website, you fully agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. My Role – Patient Navigator
I am NOT a Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP) and I am NOT a doctor. I am a Patient Navigator. My wife suffered from Piles and successfully recovered with proper medical help. Based on that experience, I offer this guidance service.
My role is limited to:
- Sharing general, experience-based information about Piles
- Guiding you on how to consult the right doctor and what questions to ask
- Providing a basic understanding of treatment options
- Offering emotional support and confidence
2. This is NOT Medical Advice – Important Warning
I do NOT provide any medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Anything said during this consultation is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
You MUST consult a Registered Medical Practitioner. Do not make any medical decisions based solely on my guidance.
3. Emergency Situations
If you are experiencing severe bleeding, fainting, intense pain, or any life‑threatening condition – do NOT use this service. Immediately contact your local emergency services (108) or go to the nearest hospital.
4. Fee & Payment Terms
Current consultation fee: ₹500 (first 100 clients). This fee is for guidance and my time, not for medical advice.
Payment is taken fully in advance via UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, Razorpay, SuperMoney). Your slot is confirmed only after payment is received.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Full refund (₹500) if you cancel at least 2 hours before the consultation start time.
- No refund for late cancellations or no‑shows.
- If the consultation fails due to my technical issue, you get a free reschedule.
6. Privacy
Any information you share (name, phone, problem details) will be kept strictly confidential except where required by law. I will never sell or share your information with any third party.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I and my website are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of this consultation or reliance on any information provided.
8. Acceptance
By submitting the booking form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all these terms. If you do not agree, please do not book this service.
